Questions,
answered.
Everything people ask us about DocxFlex, in one place.
Product
Which versions of Word does DocxFlex work with?
Microsoft Word on Windows, Mac and Word for the web.
What’s in the sidebar?
Four tabs: Blocks (approved content), Assets (logos and images), Templates (approved Word templates) and Styles (style profiles for fonts, colours, tables and bullets).
Can people save their own content?
Yes. Select a section in Word and capture it into the library so the rest of the team can reuse it.
Is DocxFlex available for Excel and PowerPoint?
Not yet. DocxFlex for Word is available today, and Excel and PowerPoint are on the way. Register your interest.
Setup
How long does setup take?
About 2 weeks with the Launch Package.
What does the Launch Package include?
Up to 4 of your existing Word documents redesigned as DocxFlex templates, document styles and style profiles set up in your portal, your content block library and approved assets built and organised, and a library of tips and how-to guides for your team.
We already use SharePoint. Do we need to move our files?
No. Your files stay where they are. DocxFlex works alongside SharePoint and puts approved templates, content blocks and styles directly inside Word.
Who keeps the library up to date?
Your admins, in DocxFlex Central. Change something once and every sidebar gets the latest approved version.

How is pricing worked out?
One price per organisation, based on how many people use it, from $99 a month billed annually. See pricing.

About 17% compared with paying monthly.
